Are your samples authentic?
Yes. Every sample is hand-poured from a full retail bottle we purchased ourselves — never diluted, never decanted from another sample.
How are samples made?
We pour your size to order from the full bottle into a sterile glass atomizer, label it, and ship it in protective packaging. Nothing sits pre-poured.
How long does each size last?
Roughly: 2ml (a week of testing), 5ml (a month of regular wear), 10ml (2–3 months of rotation), 30ml (6+ months for a proven favourite). Wear time varies by scent and spray habits.
Do you offer returns?
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Because samples are a personal-care product, we can't restock them once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Where do you ship from?
Canada. Shipping cost is $9.00 Ontario wide and $14.00 outside of Ontario Canada wide flat rate
How should I store my samples?
Somewhere cool and dark, away from sunlight — the same as full bottles. They'll keep for years.
