Welcome to True North Fragrances! These terms govern your use of truenorthfragrances.ca and purchases made through it.

Products

We sell fragrance decants — smaller portions poured to order from authentic, full-size retail bottles into 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, and 30 ml atomizers. True North Fragrances is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand. Product images and descriptions are for reference; slight variation in fill level can occur with hand-poured decants.

Ordering and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Orders ship from within Canada, typically within 3-5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details and the damaged-or-incorrect exception.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True North Fragrances is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
