- All orders ship from within Canada.
- Samples are poured to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping rates are $9.00 flat rate Ontario-wide.
- Shipping rates to the rest of Canada are $14.00 flat rate.
- FREE shipping on all orders over $120.00 before tax.
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control, but we will always help you track a delayed parcel.
Returns
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges — samples are a personal-care product and can’t be restocked once opened.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.
